CSBMB is a professional voluntary organization of individuals working on a biochemistry, molecular biology and related fields.
- Supports the development of scientific disciplines by encouraging scientific and science popularization activities and by dissemination of new knowledge into practice
- Supports the increase of the professional level of its members
- Cooperates with similarly specialized foreign organizations
- Cooperates in improving the quality of teaching on a biochemistry, molecular biology and related fields.
- Organizes scientific and business conferences, congresses, annual congresses, lectures and courses
- Announces competitions and grants awards
